Please note that some policies may be excluded and considered to be out-of-network. For this reason we urge you to verify with your insurance as well. We are diligent to be of your assistance during the verification process, however we cannot guarantee your coverage since your policy is between you and your insurance.

As a courtesy to our patients, we will file physical therapy insurance claims for all in-network insurances, provided we have the necessary information. If your insurance coverage changes during the duration of your visits, you must notify us immediately.


Many of our patients invest in their health with our advanced services; some services might not be covered by your insurance. For your convenience we offer advanced payment, automatic payment options, or pay-as-you-go payment plans.

You can also use your HSA benefits for most of our services. For your convenience we provide an itemized super bill with required codes for this process.

Will you need a referral from your doctor?

Some insurances or policies may require a referral from your physician. All Medicare patients require a doctor’s referral before seeing a Physical Therapist.
